The Association of Army Dentistry would like to congratulate COL(P) Shan K. Bagby on his confirmation to become the Army’s newest Brigadier General-select, and the 28th Corps Chief of the US Army Dental Corps.
COL(P) Bagby is currently serving as the G1/4/6 of the US Army Medical Command in Falls Church, VA, and will remain in that assignment. An Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon by training, COL(P) Bagby is a seasoned commander (previously held TOE and TDA commands in Army Dentistry), staff officer (Chief of the DC Corps Branch at HRC and, most recently, Deputy to the Chief of Staff of the US Army Medical Command), and highly-respected leader in Army Medicine!
